Prominent organization is seeking 2 intelligent and motivated Desktop Support Candidates with minimum 3-5 years of recent professional experience in Technology Support (via phone, email and desk side.) Individuals must possess excellent customer service (white glove) skills, strong technical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities /qualifications include:\
Providing both in-person and phone/remote support to all staff as needed, using Zoom, or other virtual instruction tools. Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to non-technical staff. Excellent interpersonal, task management, and customer service skills supporting Windows and Google suite of technologies
Build out a new IT knowledge base with articles on using core tools and completing standard user operations (e.g. how to connect to the VPN, how to reset your password)
Excellent listening skills; ability to translate user explanations into technical detail
Experience delivering virtual classroom solutions or instructional technologies a plus
Experience with Okta, VMware, Google Apps, Zendesk, or O365 a plus
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Associates Degree required
Any technical certifications a plus
